Maintenance
The Senquip QUAD-C3 is designed to require minimal routine maintenance. Periodic inspection is recommended to ensure that the device, installation and environmental seals remain in good condition.
Battery
The internal Lithium Titanate (LTO) backup battery is designed for long service life and does not require routine replacement. Battery condition is monitored by the QUAD-C3 during normal operation.
The internal battery is not a user-serviceable component. If battery replacement is required, use only the specified Senquip replacement battery and have it installed by a suitably trained technician.
Enclosure and Seals
To maintain the environmental protection of the QUAD-C3:
Check the enclosure for signs of impact damage, cracking or excessive UV degradation.
Inspect enclosure seals for damage, deterioration, contamination or displacement.
Ensure all captive enclosure screws are present and tightened correctly.
Check for signs of water ingress, condensation or contamination inside the enclosure.
Inspect the cable gland and gland inserts for damage, deterioration or incorrect cable sealing.
Wiring and Connectors
Check all wiring for damage, abrasion, crushing or excessive strain.
Verify that all connectors are fully engaged and securely fastened.
Inspect wiring and terminals for corrosion or contamination.
Ensure cables are adequately supported and protected from vibration.
Mounting
Verify that the QUAD-C3 remains securely mounted.
Check mounting hardware for looseness, corrosion or damage.
Inspect the mounting surface for cracking, damage or excessive vibration wear.
Antennas
The QUAD uses external antennas for LTE, satellite and GNSS communications. Periodically inspect:
Antennas for physical damage.
Antenna cables for abrasion, crushing or excessive bending.
SMA connectors for tightness and corrosion.
Antenna mounting points to ensure they remain secure and weatherproof.
Replacement Parts
Genuine Senquip replacement parts are available for enclosure components that may be damaged or lost during installation or maintenance. Only genuine Senquip seals and sealing components should be used to maintain the environmental protection of the QUAD-C3.

Recycling
The Senquip QUAD-C3 should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations governing electronic equipment and batteries.
The device contains electronic components and a rechargeable LTO battery that may be recovered and recycled at the end of the product’s service life.
Do not dispose of the device with general waste. Where facilities exist, electronic equipment should be delivered to an authorised recycling or collection facility.
Packaging materials should be recycled where possible.
