Environmental

The Senquip UNI-Z1 is designed for use in harsh outdoor environments and is suitable for industrial, mining, fleet and agricultural applications.

The enclosure is rated to IP67, meaning that it is dust tight, with no ingress of dust permitted, and protected against the effects of immersion in water to a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes.

The chart below describes IP ratings and how to interpret them.

The Senquip UNI-Z1 can be operated at temperatures between -30°C and 80°C.

Material Specification

The enclosure and fittings have been selected for resistance to salt spray and common industrial chemicals such as petro-carbons. UV-stabilised materials allow the UNI-Z1 to be mounted in direct sunlight.
